Return Order

You can return an order by clicking Return/Exchange on the Orders page.

Login into your account, navigate to your profile > Orders > click on the 'Return & Exchange' button of the relevant order.

Navigate to https://www.amantelingerie.in/apps/return_prime

Insert your order number and email/phone number and you can select the Return or exchange option and proceed further.

** You can return items purchased on amanté website for any reason within 14 days of delivery of the item. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns section below the Product Description to know if the product is returnable or not.

FYI: Due to the intimate nature of the products & hygiene concerns - panties, swimwear, lingerie accessories, masks, all types of shapewear and shorties cannot be returned. Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered.

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

Return refund:

Post the return, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours after the product has been delivered at the warehouse and passed through quality inspection.

For Prepaid orders refund will be processed back to the same account from which the payment was made within 3 - 5 working days.

For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed through the bank account given by you within 5 - 10 working days.

If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 1-2 hour after your order is confirmed. After 1-2 hour, cancellation will not be possible.

If you’d like to cancel your order, navigate amanté website > Login into your account, navigate to your profile > orders > under the specific order that you want to cancel click on the “Cancel button”. Please note the cancel button will be enabled till the order has not been fulfilled (picked up by the courier partner).

You can cancel the orders that are in Order confirmation stage.

Cancellation refund for prepaid orders will be processed within 3 -5 working days.
