Yes, you can cancel your order within 1-2 hour after your order is confirmed. After 1-2 hour, cancellation will not be possible.

Exchange/Return:-
You can initiate an exchange/return request (if the product is eligible for exchange/return) within 14 days of delivery/as per the product description details.
Please refer to the Shipping & Returns section below the Product Description to know if the product is exchange/return or not.
Refund:-
Post the return, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours after the product has been delivered at the warehouse and passed through quality inspection.
For Prepaid orders refund will be processed back to the same account from which the payment was made within 3 - 5 working days.
For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed through the bank account given by you within 5 - 10 working days.
If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
If your order has just been delivered, please allow 24 hours post-delivery for the order status to get updated. Once the order status is updated, the exchange/return button will be visible on the order page.

amanté reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customer and/or order. The COD limit for an order is Rs 12,000.
COD charges are levied on orders placed on COD mode for all customers of amanté. COD charge of Rs 50 per order is levied on the order. The charges will reflect in the final order page or the order invoice. amanté reserves the right to determine the COD charges.
COD charges are non-refundable however the same can be refunded only in the case of amanté attributed concerns. The COD charges will be refunded in the payment option chosen at the time of requesting a refund, if applicable.
